day Money back Guarantee and Return policy on
all unused products. If you wish to return an item
within 30 days of receiving, please write to us at
sales@allveterinarysupply.com or call us to receive
an RA #. We will credit your card account (less
shipping) after we have received the returned
merchandise.
You must
receive an RA # before returning product. Merchandise
returned without RA numbers will not be accepted. Items must be returned in original
manufacturer packaging, new/unused, and in re-sellable
condition in order to receive a credit. There will be
NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS ON ANY PRODUCT. ALSO, THERE ARE NO
RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, PRESCRIPTION
DRUGS, PRODUCTS REQUIRING REFRIGERATION AND ELECTRONIC
EQUIPMENT.
Damaged
Products must be reported to carriers and All
Veterinary Supply within 72 hours of receiving:
UPS:800-742-5877, FedEx:800-Go-FEDEX. and All Veterinary
Supply 305-599-6125.
Incomplete/Incorrect
orders must be reported to All Veterinary Supply at
sales@allveterinarysupply.com or 305-599-6125 within
48 hours of delivery.

SHIPPING
We offer
several choices using UPS for domestic orders and FedEx
and now UPS for international Orders. The rate will depend on the
weight, bulk and destination of the order, as well as the
service (Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day) you request. The shipping cost will be
automatically calculated when you complete your order..
All orders are processed on the same day they are received(during hours of operation) and shipped within 1 business day. If there is
a back order on any product you will be notified via
email. Items that require refrigeration are only
shipped Monday-Wednesday or Monday-Thursday for next day
air orders, in order to avoid spoilage over the
weekend.
Please take
into consideration that the shipping department is
closed on weekends and national holidays, when deciding
which shipping service to use. For Example, if ordering
on a Thursday or Friday it would not be beneficial to
use 2nd Day air as the products will not arrive until
after the weekend. Also, U.P.S. does not deliver on
weekends or certain holidays and the day the package is picked up does not
count as one of the shipping days. If you are in
Florida, you do not need to choose Next Day or 2nd Day
air because since we are also in Florida, most packages
arrive within 1 to 2 days via Ground shipping anyway.
